All contracts must be dated no later than April 30, 2009. Any contract not processed by May 30 2009 will require a 100% buydown check. |

Program Compatibility Encore (no additional rate deduction), The College Graduate Finance Plan, the Sign ‘n Drive Program (no additional rate reduction) and Business Solutions (not compatible with Sign ’n drive) may be used in conjunction with the Program. The 90-Day Deferred Program, LTV decrease and/orthe No Flat Fee Option Rate Reduction Program cannot be used in conjunction with this Program. |
