The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, explaining the maintenance details in great detail. I didn't have to wait for long, and the maintenance service was completed in about an hour. The entire process was very relaxing, and I could enjoy a cup of coffee to pass the time. It was quite nice

My car was over due for service and I needed an oil change. I took my RAV4 Prime to this location instead of my usual Manhattan Beach and it was the best decision. They did not overcharge me on services I didn’t need. I simply paid for my oil change instead of hundreds of dollars as I would have at Manhattan beach Toyota. Employees were super friendly as well. Definitely recommend this location for you car needs

I’ve done my RAV4 maintenance here multiple times and the service has been really good. The reps are respectful, attentive, practical (big deal to me), and nice people. It may take some time for my maintenance on the weekends but they make sure I feel acknowledged and notify me when they’ll start and complete my service. Great spot so far on my book.
