We visited this Toyota dealership before but unfortunately didn’t end up purchasing a car at the time. Luckily, this time around, Aaron was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to show us different trim levels to make sure we found the car that best suited our preferences.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Phi, the supervisor, who helped make the entire process much smoother. He was very patient with us, especially since we kept changing our minds about the color and trim. We also had the opportunity to meet one of the higher-level managers. Thanks to his help and willingness to work with us, we were able to secure a really good deal, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience this time! My husband and I are so glad we decided to give this location another chance. Aaron, Phi, and the management team truly made a difference.
