EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I want to recognize Kate Chaalan, my Service Advisor at Toyota Place, for an exceptional experience. This was the second time Kate assisted me, and once again she did everything right. She made me feel like I was her only customer, even though I know she was very busy. She kept in constant communication while my vehicle was being troubleshot, worked closely with the technician, and kept me informed every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her customers. I’ve been taking Toyota vehicles to dealerships all over Southern California for the past 25 years, and Kate is the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. One more thing worth mentioning—when you call this dealership, they actually answer the phone, which is rare these days and very much appreciated. Toyota Place is fortunate to have Kate Chaalan on their team. She sets the standard for what customer service should look like, and I will continue to request her for all future service visits.
