This dealer was receptive to give an appointment to check alignment free of charge under Toyota Limited Warranty when another dealer nearer to my home would not. It also fixed the alignment and provided the specs sheet.m, and completed within 2 hours of arrival.

I would like to make a shout out to the excellent Service Dept. Kate Chaalan, our Service Advisor who was awesome. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and really cares for the customer. She kept in constant communication while our truck was being diagnosed, working closely with the technician. She called as soon she had an update. Based on our experience with Kate, her customer skills are extremely excellent and she goes above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable. Toyota Place is lucky to have Kate as a Service Advisor and as an employee. Thank you again Kate for all your help.
